 Deposit Policy:
Deposit of 50 percent is required on all advance reservations of six nights or more. For reservations of three nights or less, the total amount is requested in advance.
Deposit amount required (Perferred method of Payment is a Personal Check: Travelers Checks, American Express, Mastercard or Visa in that order.)

Cancellation Policy:
 The Hedges will make every effort to provide a written reservation confirmation by e-mail and maintains a 10 day cancellation policy.
In the event of a change or cancellation, refunds will be issued for reservations if cancelled at least 11 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, less a $25 cancellation fee. In the event of a change or cancellation within 10 days of your reservation, the full amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card, less any non-refundable monies mailed to the Hedges in advance.
Weekly and Monthly stays will provide a credit card to hold the reservation and a negotiable cancellation fee will be provided on the written e-mailed confirmation.
